The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) represents the largest pool of accounting, finance, and business professionals of color in the nation. NABA members work at various levels of expertise across a broad spectrum of specialties.
Our mission is to develop our members’ professional potential, encourage their growth and build leaders that shape the future of the accounting and finance arenas. “Lifting As We Climb” is our motto and the standard we apply in our efforts to assist our members in realizing their personal, professional and economic potential through a combination of professional and personal education, leadership training, and access to professional and social networks. We also work to develop a new pool of professionals through our college chapters and with our Accounting Careers Awareness Programs (ACAP) for high school students. Our professional and student chapters service our members and their respective local communities by providing education, professional development, and networking opportunities through a variety of purposeful and creative programs and events throughout the year.
